One point is earned per dollar spent on every service purchase.
Two points are earned for every dollar spent on product purchases.
No points are earned with gift card purchases. Points are earned as gift card is redeemed for products or services.
Loyalty Points are non-transferable. (The only exception to this policy is a transfer of children's service or product purchases to one parent's loyalty point account.)
Guests must make at least one service or product purchase per year to maintain loyalty account. Qualifying purchases cannot be made using loyalty points. After one year of inactivity, all loyalty points will expire.
All Loyalty Points will immediately expire for guests who No Show for a service appointment.
